The Clinic Mascots

Elijah & Crosby

Meet Elijah and Crosby

For those of you that have been to the clinic, I'm sure you have met the greeters, Eli and Crosby. We rescued crosby from the Stevens Community Humane Society and Eli we obtained from a client.

Next time you come in be sure to take a moment and say "hello" to Eli and Crosby.

Meet Poncho and Gus

Poncho and Gus are a couple of Border Collies that belong to Dr. Head and her husband Bill. Gus is Poncho's dad.

Gus's favorite thing to do all day is guarding the cats so he spends most of his time in the cat room. Poncho prefers to be outside fetching sticks because he gets baths in the clinic.

Next time you come in, bring a tennis ball with for Poncho and you will have a friend for life!

Larry and Tweety relaxing...

Larry was a stray bird that landed on the shoulder of a vet tech student in Fargo.  Krista adopted him and discovered that he knows how to whistle the "Andy Griffith Show" tune and can say "Pretty Bird".

Tweety came to us after his mate died.  He was depressed and his owner was worried about his hunger strike.  After some acclimation time, Tweety and Larry became buds.  Tweety now will bob his head a little when Larry whistles his show tune.

This is Leonard.  He was found on the streets in Morris after being hit by a car in May.  He was a wild kitten but Michelle and Ashley worked with him every day.  He now lives with Michelle.

This is Layla.  She came to us as a 3 days old kitten.  The techs took turns feeding her (around the clock).  She now lives with Ashley.
Leonard and Layla were best buds while they lived at the clinic
